高扬程门式起重机设计中两个重要问题的探讨

摘    要:本文提出水电站用高扬程门式起重机的起升机构,对于60分钟短时工作制定额可以按相当于JC%=15时的功率值选用电动机。这样使起重机机重减轻很多。文章认为目前在大型门式起重机上采用的四联滑轮组卷绕方式不宜继续应用,建议改用排绳装置方案。文章提出的两点看法,对于设计水电站用门式起重机有一定实用价值。


An Investigation on Two lmportant Problems in the Design of a High-Lift Frame Crane
Abstract:This paper presents the lifting mechanism of a high-lift frame clrane in a Water power station, For to min short-time duty quota the motor-drive can he selected according to the power corresponding to C%=15. Thus, the crane's weight can he greatty deareased. The author also analyzes the drawbadkof fourpully block winding which is now in common use on large frame crane and considers it should not remain in use. He suggests the cable laying equipment instead. The two viewpoints presented here are practicable on the design of the frame crane in a Water power station.
