摘    要:纳米科技发展是挑战也是机遇,在中国发展纳米科技存在科学理论,科学方法,科技创新和高风险等难点,把国家目标放在首位,纳米器件是研究工作核心,纳米材料是当前工作重点,top down是今后一个时期的主要研究方法,为科技创新创造良好的小环境,抓好人才培养和引进,加强规划与协调等是我国发展纳米科技的策略措施,提出了发展纳米科技当前应重视的若干研究内容。

Abstract:The development of nano-science and-technology constiutes a challenge and an opportunity as well. There exist, however,difficulties in scientific theory and methodology, scientific and technological innovations and high risks in the development of nano-science and-technology in China. With the national objectives first in the field,nano-devices make up the core of the current research,nano-materials form the focal point of present word and the top down approach is viewed ad the principal method of the research in a given period of time, and in the meantime creating a favorable micro-environment for scientific and technological innovations, making every effort to foster per- sonnel of our own and recruit talents from abroad and strengthening coordination and planning in the research embody the strategy and measures for the development of nano-science and-technology in the country. The article also refers to some research areas that should be given more attention to im the development of this discipline at present.
