| 摘 要： | 介绍了在DELPHI环境下PC—PLC上下位机串口通讯的实现过程：首先定义合适的通讯协议。然后用西门子公司专用的工具Step 7编程实现PLC通讯功能。最后在上位机中利用SPCOMM控件实现与PLC的串口通信。还对通讯完成后的数据解码作了相应的介绍。实际中，应用于喷雾干燥塔喷管堵塞故障在线检测系统。效果良好。

| Abstract: | The realization of serial communication between PC and PLC under the requirement of DELPHI in this paper. Firstly, the communication protocol is defined. Then the PLC communication function is realized by using the special tool of Siemens, Step 7. At last, the serial communication with PLC is realized through adopting SPCOMM monitor in the upper computer. The relative introduction to the data decoding has done after the completion of communication. The application of it in the online test system for injecting pipe of spray drying tower is proved with good effect. |
