| 摘 要： | 文章主要介绍了厦门新路嘉工业自动化有限公司与翔鹭涤纶纺织（厦门）有限公司合作改造假捻机自控系统，将原来机械齿轮调速改为变频无级调速系统。由于该系统工艺要求复杂，速度控制精度要求很高，故控制系统采用了PROFIBUS现场总线，以实现信号的高速，高精度传输。文章介绍了系统软件，硬件设计，系统控制要求。该系统通过长期稳定运行，并在假捻机上试验和生产了大量的新产品，再次证明了PROFIBUS现场总线系统的优良特性。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly introduces the alteration of the twister for auto-control system that developed by XIAMEN NEWLUKE and XIANGLU Fiber(XIAMEN)CO.LTD.This system adopt PROFIBUS to the local control system.This paper also introduces the design of hardware and software,and the requirement of system control.It has been confirmed that the PROFIBUS system had a good trait through longtime stable running |
