| 摘 要： | 全面质量管理是一种经长期实践证实的科学的管理理念和管理方法,将其应用于烟叶生产经营企业,可以实现对烟叶生产、收购、流通、贮藏、运输等所有过程的全面控制,改善各环节的工作质量,促进烟叶产品质量的提高,从而全面提升企业的竞争力。
