乙烯冷箱堵塞的研究与对策

摘    要:通过对乙烯装置冷箱EA-331堵塞问题的研究,找出冷箱堵塞症结所在,即脱苯塔脱苯效果差,造成裂解气中苯含量严重超标,苯在冷箱中凝固造成管道堵塞,降低了换热效果,对脱苯塔进行调整,确定了合适的进料温度和回流温度,保证了脱苯塔回流量,提高了脱苯效率。

Abstract:The study is done for the blocking problem of cold box EA - 331 in ethylene plant to find the reasons: the effect of benzene removal in dryer feed wash tower is not good, causing benzene content in cracked gas exceeding standard seriously and solidified benzene blocking pipes of cold box, reducing thermal efficiency. By adjusting the temperature of feed and reflux of such tower, reflux flow is guaranteed and the effect of benzene removal is improved. A major bottleneck is eliminated and better economical benefit is obtained.
