大块物在内循环流化床中停留时间的试验研究

摘    要:非均匀布风的内循环流化床常用于城市固体废弃物的焚烧制能。由于城市固体废弃物组分复杂,常含有大块不燃物,为了确保正常运行,必须采取措施及时有效地排出这些不燃的大块物,因此要研究大块物在内循环流化床中的运动特性及停留时间。在建立冷态试验台的基础上,研究了大块物的形状、尺寸、密度及流化风速对大块物在内循环流化床中停留时间的影响。

Abstract:Internally circulating fluidized bed (ICFB) with uneven distribution air has been commonly used to incinerate municipal solid waste for energy generation. Components of solid waste are complex and include bulk noncombustibilities; measures must be applied to move these bulk noncombustibilities in order to insure normal operation. So it is important research on movement characteristics of bulk noncombustibilities and residence time in bed. On the basis of establishing cold position experiment device, the influence of the shape, scale, density of bulk noncombustibilities and fluidized velocity to residence time in ICFB has been studied.
