摘    要:根据优化势透射率给出了双金属镜微腔中理想单介质调谐层的折射率和厚度,估算了由于在可见光波段实际材料的限制引起的透射率光谱的改变,并且结合腔镜的反射系数和位相改变引起的微腔辐射因子的变化,综合考虑了单介质调谐层对整个器件发光耦合效率的影响。说明在设计含有源层的金属薄膜微腔器件中,介质层的设计和优化应考虑微腔效应的变化。

Abstract:Based on the optimization of potential transmittance, the necessary refractive index and the corresponding thickness of ideal single dielectric capping layer in dual metal-cladding microcavities are given, and the variance of the transmission spectrum caused by real dielectric material is estimated. Combining the change of microcavity modified factor resulting from the variance of the reflectance and the phase dispersion of metallic mirrors, the effect of the single dielectric layer on the whole outcoupling efficiency of the microcavity is investigated. These show that the microcavity effect should be considered carefully when designing the metal film devices containing active layer.
