电热爆炸喷涂WC-Co合金的电学特性研究

摘    要:利用自行研制的电热爆炸超高速定向喷涂装置,在大气环境下进行了喷涂WC—Co陶瓷涂层的试验研究。描述了电热爆炸喷涂的基本原理,分析了爆炸箔材的能量利用率以及电流、电压等电学参数的变化特性。结果表明:WC—Co陶瓷箔的能量利用率为33.4%。

Abstract:The experiments for spraying WC-Co ceramic foils were carried out in air environment using the ultrahigh-velocity electro-thermal explosion directional spraying device developed by ourself. The elementary process of electro-thermal explosion technology was studied. The energy-utilization ratio during explosion was calculated, The characteristics of electric parameters, like current, voltage and power during explosion were analyzed in detail. The results showed that the energy-utilization ratio of metal foils was about 33.4 %.
