| 摘 要： | 海砂是一种价格比较低廉的含铁矿物，作为烧结原料有利于降低烧结矿的生产成本。但海砂的粒度比较粗，颗粒形状比较规则、结构比较致密、表面比较光滑、硬度和熔点都比较高，使它的用量受到一定限制。试验表明．在唐山中厚板材有限公司烧结厂的原料条件下，烧结混合料中海砂的配比应该严格控制在20％以内。

| Abstract: | Sea sand iron ore is a kind of cheaper ore, using this ore as sintering material can decrease production cost. But owing to its coarser grain, denser structure, smoother surface, higher hardness and melt point, so its proportioning rate was limited. The laboratory test result shows that, under the conditions of Tangshang Steel Plate Co., Ltd., the proportioning rate of sea sand in sinter mix must be restricted below 20% |
