摘    要:由于数字仪测量误差的随机性和非线性又由于冲击电压是快速一次暂态过程,这就使得数字仪冲击测量误差的计算变得异常困难,至今尚未有人能给出数字仪冲击测量误差普遍适用的计算方法。现推导了由数字仪的指数波响应求冲击响应的计算公式,从而解决了数字仪冲击测量误差理论计算的难题,文中计算并给出了390AD数字仪的冲击测量误差。

Abstract:Due to randomness and non-linearity ofmeasurement errors of digitizers and the impulse voltage being a fast single-shot transient, calculation of impulse measurement errors of digitizers is thus extremely difficult . Up to now, no common available method to calculate the errors has been given. Calculation formulas of impulse response from exponential wave response of the digitizer are deduced. Thus,the difficult problem concerning theoretical calculation of impulse measurement errors of digitizers is solved. Impulse measurement errors of 390 AD digitizer are given.
