土槽室温虚拟测试系统设计

摘    要:为研究土槽室温变化与土槽实验用土物理机械参数之间相互影响的规律,以温度信号调理模块5834.02、信号扩展模块DBK42、数据采集模块DAQBOOK/120和笔记本电脑为硬件基础,利用图形化编程鲁言DASYLab设计的温度虚拟测试系统,可成功替代传统温度测试系统来实现对土槽室温进行长时间实时测量、分析与存储,结果表明,该系统精度高且稳定可用。

Abstract:In order to research on the rule between the temperature changing and the physics mechanical parameters of experimental soil in the soil bin, the temperature virtual measuring system, which was based on data logging hardware of 5B34-02, DBK42, DAQBOOK/120 and notebook computer, was designed by graphical programming language DASYLab. It was successfully substituted for the temperature traditional test system to realize data prolonged real-time measurement, analysis and storage on the experiment of soil bin room temperature. The result of experiment showed that the temperature virtual measuring system had good reliability, stability, precision, and automatic level.
