摘    要:冰蓄冷由于其优良的特性而成为目前研究的焦点,但用传统的方法制备动态冰容易导致冰粒堆积甚至结块而不具有良好的流动性.本文从冰晶的结构入手,选择了几种添加剂进行了实验研究.结果表明,强极性的无机化合物对水分子的影响太大,破坏了冰晶的生长;含有羟基的醇类化合物能在一定程度上阻碍冰晶的生长,但由于分子较小,阻碍作用有限,而亲水又亲油的表面活性剂具有良好的阻碍能力,是理想的二元冰蓄冷系统控制冰晶生长的添加剂.

Abstract:Because of its high latent heat, ice becomes the focus of the thermal energy storage study. But ice crystal tend to conglomerate when using conventional technique. This will reduce the fluidity. The study based on the structure of water molecule and ice crystal shows that doughty polarity inorganic compound impact on the force among the water particles so great that it destroy the growing of ice crystal; alcohol compound with hydroxyl can hold back the accumulation of ice crystal, but the effect is limited because of its small size; while hydrophilic and oilphilic additive can not only ensure the growing but also hold back the accumulating of ice crystal, so surfactant is the ideal additive to control the growing of ice crystal in ice storage system.
