超低氧弹簧钢60Si2MnA精炼过程夹杂物的研究

摘    要: 采用LD LF VD CC的工艺路线,出钢采用Al脱氧,造高碱度低氧化性精炼渣,生产超低氧弹簧钢60Si2MnA。研究了精炼过程中夹杂物的成分、尺寸、形貌等变化情况。探讨了夹杂物中MgO和CaO的来源。计算得出了60Si2MnA与CaO Al2O3 SiO2系平衡时的等氧活度和等硅线。

Abstract:LD LF VD CC was adopted to produce the ultra low oxygen spring steel 60Si2MnA, the strong deoxidation was carried out by aluminium, and high basicity and low oxidizing slag was made during tapping to intensify refining. Non metallic inclusions in molten steel were studied. The origins of MgO and CaO in inclusions were discussed. Figure of iso ao and iso [Si] was deduced under the condition of equilibrium between steel and slag.
