| Abstract: | The growth mechanism of whisker was reviewed and then the structure characteristics, the physical and chemical properties of Si2N3 whisker were analyzed. The prepare methods of Si2N3 whisker were discussed simply. The recent application of Si2N3 whisker of reinforcing material has been commented in details. Finally it was pointed out the near future developing trend of Si2N3 whisker. |
