分层式金刚石锯片刀头的结构优化设计

摘    要:分析电阻热压烧结分层式金刚石锯片刀头的工作机理和烧结过程 ,指出原有分层结构的设计存在不足之处 ,提出采用弱包镶层代替原纯胎体工作层 ,孕镶层中的金刚石颗粒采用化学镀膜处理从而使其避免在烧结和焊接过程中对金刚石的热损伤 ,大大提高了锯片的工作效率和使用寿命

Abstract:This paper analysed the working mechanism and sintering process of layered segment of diamond saw blade by means of hotpressing sintering. Shortages of commonly used layered structure were pointed out. A weak impregnated layer structure was proprosed and chemical plated diamond grits are suggested. Experiment results showed that hot damage of diamonds was avoided and long working life and excellent efficiency of diamond saw blade were obtained.
