摘    要:通过建立瓦斯流场和细水雾流场叠加的数学模型,在拉格朗日框架下,从细水雾流场在瓦斯输送管道内的均布长度(单喷嘴喷射时细水雾流场均匀布满管道的长度)和混合流场的压降情况两个方面,对不同的喷嘴安装角度进行研究。研究表明,喷嘴0°安装时,细水雾的均布长度和混合流场的压降均优于喷嘴180°安装。所得研究成果为认识混合流场的流动特性,解决输送管道内喷嘴与喷嘴之间的安装距离及喷嘴的安装角度等问题提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:After establishing the mathematical model of superimposition of gas flow and water mist flow,the installation angle of the nozzles was studied from the uniform distribution length of water mist along the gas pipeline (while single nozzle working) and the pressure drop of the mixed flow field in Lagrange frame.The results showed that the uniform distribution length of the water mist and the pressure drop of the mixed flow field at installation angle of 0° is better than that at installation angle of 180°.The results provided foundation for understanding the flow characteristics of the mixed flow,solving the problems of installation distance between nozzles and the installation angle of the nozzle in transportation pipeline.
