摘    要:简要介绍了传统的视频监控系统,提出了建立基于Spartan-3A DSP FPGA的视频监控系统控制方案。该方案可有效地解决高速、实时视频图像转换及存储问题,充分发挥其并行架构、嵌入式和DSP处理能力所带来的优点,系统解决了视频监控系统控制层冗余构建问题,使设计结构得以简化。

Abstract:The traditional video monitoring system was introduced briefly.The control scheme of constructing the video monitoring system based on Spartan-3A DAP FPGA was put forward.That scheme could effectively solve the transformation and storage of high speed,real-time video image,make full use of the advantages of its parallel architecture,embedded system and DSP dealing function.The system solved the redundant construction of video monitoring system's control layer,made the design structure simply.
