铜合金地漏压铸成形工艺的数值模拟

摘    要:在对铜合金地漏压铸件进行工艺分析的基础上,利用流体动力学软件Flow_3D对所设计的浇注系统进行缺陷和温度场分布数值模拟,并根据模拟结果分析了各方案的优缺点,确定该产品较合理的压铸工艺方案。结果表明:金属液从地漏的法兰外端沿切线方向注入,在另一端设溢流槽和排气槽是较佳的工艺方案。

Abstract:Hydrodynamic software Flow-3D was used to simulate the distribution of defect and temperature field in different casting systems based on the technical analysis on a copper alloy floor drain die cast. The advantages and disadvantages of various plans were discussed according to the simulation result and then a feasible extrusion process was determined. The result shows that the design scheme with the feeding in of molten metal at a tangent of the outboard of floor drain flange, and with the setting of overflow chute and air exhaust channel at the opposite side is better.
