海上油田聚合物驱降压增注技术

摘    要:针对海上油田聚合物驱注入压力太高而影响开发效果的问题,提出了海上油田聚合物驱降压增注技术,优选了NPC-10表面活性剂作为海上油田聚合物驱的降压增注剂。在多孔介质中的降压增注试验研究表明,降压增注剂可有效降低注聚压力,地层渗透率得以恢复,且降压增注的效果与地层初始渗透率有一定的关系。产出聚合物质量浓度分析表明,降压增注剂可有效抑制注聚过程中疏水缔合聚合物分子在岩心孔隙中的堵塞。表面活性剂降压增注的原理是主要依靠对聚合物的解缔合作用、对聚合物在岩石表面的解吸作用和对稠油的洗油作用3个方面达到降压增注的目的。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of high injection pressure in the process of polymer flooding in offshore oilfield,the depressurization and augmented injection technology is proposed in this paper.The NPC-10 surfactant is optimized as the depressurization and augmented injection agent by reducing the viscosity of mixed polymer system and oil-water interfacial tension.The experiments of injecting the depressurization and augmented injection agent in porous media show that the injection pressure of polymer flooding is reduced and the permeability of formation is recovered by injecting the depressurization and augmented injection agent.The effect of depressurization and augmented injection has a definite relationship with initial permeability of formation.The mass concentration analysis of produced polymer shows that the depressurization and augmented injection agent can effectively inhibit polymers from plugging the formation.The principles of depressurization and augmented injection are mainly three roles which are canceling association in pore throats,desorption from the sandstones and washing heavy oil.
