| 摘 要： | 分析产品广义质量的内涵，建立产品广义质量目标体系，即包含结构性能、工作性能和工艺性能在内的产品全性能和全功能指标体系，较全面地考虑了产品广义质量的层次性和复杂性。以某一新型自同步振动筛为例，采用模糊层次分析法对产品广义质量进行综合评价。与层次分析法相比，该方法简化了人们对判断目标相对重要性的复杂程度，并借助模糊判断矩阵实现定量转换，评价结果具有较高的可信度。
