水泥熟料筒仓在温度和水平压力共同作用下仓壁内力的研究

摘    要:在大直径水泥熟料筒仓的设计中,温度作用的影响不可忽略,它与贮料水平压力一起影响着仓壁的应力大小和分布。主要研究了大直径钢筋混凝土筒仓在温度和贮料水平压力共同作用下的仓壁应力,同时考虑了边缘效应对其影响。结果表明,在考虑了温度和贮料水平压力共同作用和仓底边缘效应后的仓壁应力,与传统无矩理论方法计算出来的结果相差很大。

Abstract:The value of a silo wall stress is not only determined by storing material horizontal pressure but also the temperature load.The effect of temperature load can′t be ignored in the design of huge cement clinker silo.The wall stress under the coaction of horizontal pressure and temperature load is discussed.Meanwhile,the edge effect of silo bottom is considered.The results reveal that the wall stress under the coaction of temperature load and horizontal pressure while taking the edge effect of silo bottom into consideration differs greatly compared with the one calculated by the conventional no moment theory method.
