摘    要:文章介绍了980 nm LD-FBG(激光器-光纤布拉格光栅)多光腔组件的组成和工作原理;报告了该组件在不同驱动电流和环境温度下的光谱测试结果;分析讨论了楔型耦合光纤反射率对组件光谱的影响以及波长锁定和结构优化问题.实验表明,当光功率为100~250 mW、环境温度为25~75 ℃时,优化的多光腔组件峰值波长变化<0.6 nm,边模抑制比>45 dB.

Abstract:The composition and operating principle of the 980 nm LD-FBG multiple optical cavity subassembly are introduced,its spectrum test results under different driving currents and ambient temperatures reported and the effects of the reflectivity of the wedge-shaped coupled fiber on its spectrum,the wavelength locking and the optimization of its structure analyzed and discussed.The test results indicate that the peak value of the optimized subassembly changes by <0.6 nm and the SMSR is >45 dB under the optical po...
