湿法脱硫石膏脱水系统设计差异及有关问题探讨

摘    要:对两台机组为一个设计单元的脱硫系统,运行时经常发生两座吸收塔液位不易平衡,吸收塔及箱灌液位不易控制,出现跑浆、溢流等问题,这些问题的发生往往是石膏脱水系统设计不合理造成的。不同厂家的石膏脱水系统设计差异很大,这些差异在脱硫工程设计招标和设计方案确定时往往被忽略。通过对常见的石膏脱水系统工艺流程进行比较,从溢流箱、滤出液箱的配置方式入手,分析不同流程的差异对脱硫系统运行造成的影响,为脱硫工程招标和工艺设计方案的确定提供参考。

Abstract:When the desulfurization system was designed as one unit for two boilers,during operation,it's not easy to keep the balance of the liquid level of the two absorption tower,it's also not easy to control the level of the absorption tower and the agent tank,leading to leakage and overflow of the absorption liquid.These problems came out due to irrational design of gypsum dehydration system.For different supplier,the design was quite different,these differences were always ignored during bidding and confirmation of process design.In this paper,through comparing common dehydrating process,starting with the disposition ways of overflow tank and filtrate tank,influence on FGD operation from different gypsum dehydration process is analyzed,this will provide reference for confirmation of process design.
