传统和智能电网中各方博弈特征和结果的比较分析

摘    要:运用博弈论的方法,展现了传统电网和智能电网时期电力公司的定价行为以及消费者对电能消费的选择;比较了价格和消费量的差异及社会福利的变化。结果显示:在传统电网中,电力公司利用自己的信息优势取得垄断利润,但导致了价格水平的扭曲,资源的不充分利用和社会福利的下降。智能电网建立起来以后,先进的通信技术、测量技术和新能源接入等技术使电力公司和用电客户之间的信息共享成为可能。基于共享的网络平台,电力公司在制定价格的时候能够及时获取并考虑到用户用电特征和目标函数,从而使全社会总福利水平得到了改进。

Comparative Game Theory Analysis between Traditional Grid and Smart Grid
Abstract:This paper,based on the game theory,analyses different interacts and consequences between the Power Corporation and consumers during different periods of grid development.It concludes that,in the traditional grid system,power corporations earn monopoly profit with exclusive information from their consumers,while resulting in a price distortion and a waste of resources.However,in the smart grid system,with an advanced two-way information communication infrastructure,distributed generation and renewable energy access,etc that enable a shared network,the power corporation considers to incorporate consumers interests and their decisions as one element of its profit maximum goals.This brings a improvement of social welfare.
