摘    要:提出将电网安全稳定控制系统和抽水蓄能电站联合负荷控制系统进行结合的设想,建立抽水蓄能电站应急响应控制模式,通过分析,这种模式将最大限度地发挥抽水蓄能电站对电网事故的应急响应能力,有利于提高电网的智能化水平和可靠性。

The Assumption of Building up Pumped Storage Power Station Emergency Response Model
Abstract:In this article, we assumed join the power grid for stability control system with joint load control system of pumped storage power station, established the pumped storage emergency response control model, through the analysis, the model will maximize the pumped storage power accident emergency response for the grid, make improvement of grid intelligence level and reliability.
