摘    要:利用钻井数据采集处理系统能够对整个钻井过程进行实时监测,为建立钻井施工参数的优化模型及新并设计、工程施工提供了真实可靠的依据。章在现有钻井数据采集系统的基础上,提出了一种新型的、便于携带的、适合油气田环境使用的数据采集处理系统,该系统能实时监测大钩负荷、流量、泵压、大钩高度等钻井参数,并实现操作台监视。具有精度高、查询方便、界面友好等特点。并在辽河油田进行了现场应用,效果较好。

Abstract:A real time monitoring of whole drilling process can be realized by applying the drilling data acquisition and processing system,thus providing a real and reliable basis for the establishment of the model of optimizing drilling parameters,the new well design and the engineering construction.On the basis of existent drilling data acquisition system,a novel portable data acquisition and processing system suitable for field circumstances is put forward in the paper.The real time monitoring of these drilling parameters as hook load,flow rate,pump pressure and hook height,etc.,can be carried out by use of the novel system,an operation desk supervision being realized.The novel system is of these characters as high accuracy,convenient query and friendly interface and a good result was achieved through applying it to Liaohe Oil Field.
