| 摘 要： | 机床结合面参数的正确与否，对整机有限元模型的建模精度具有举足轻重的作用。针对影响XH2725机床整机建模精度的关键结合面——滑块导轨结合面进行模态试验，测试结合面动力学特性，采用分量分析法得出结合面的特征参数并应用于机床整机的动力学建模。

| Abstract: | The correctness of the interface parameters of machining tool affects significantly the precision of the whole machine modeling. It uses the modal identification method to test the dynamic characteristic of the guide interfaces of machining center, obtains its characteristic parameters through modal component analysis approach. |
