角膜异物312例的治疗体会

目的通过角膜异物的正确处理,探讨如何防止发生感染等并发症。方法所有患者均表面麻醉角膜后在裂隙灯下通过采用一次性无菌手术尖刀剔除,术后局部抗炎。结果对312例角膜异物的及时诊治,无一例出现角膜穿孔或眼内感染。结论对高危人群加强宣教和个人防护。角膜异物发生后,应严格无菌操作,尽快取出,预防及减少并发症。

The Experience of Treatment in 312 Cases of Corneal Foreign Bodies

Objective Discuss how to avoid the infection and other syndromes in corneal foreign bodies according to dealing with the corneal foreign bodies correctly.Methods All the patients are given surface anesthesia,and then we take out the foreign bodies by one-time-used axenic cuspate bistoury under the slit lamp microscope and give partial medicine to prevent the infection.Results The 312 corneal foreign body patients are given proper treatment in time,there is no one had penetrating corneal trauma or intraocular infection.Conclusions We should advocate people with high risk to enhance the consciousness of self-protection.Once the corneal foreign body happened,we should keep the asepsis strictly and take out the foreign body as soon as possible,in order to limit and prevent the syndrome.
