电磁继电器触簧系统动态接触特性的研究

摘    要:触簧系统(包括触点和簧片)是电磁继电器的执行部件,其动态接触特性直接影响继电器可靠性。文中根据柔性多体系统动力学理论,建立了触簧系统动作过程的数学模型。应用ADAMS软件对其进行仿真与分析研究,给出了触点接触位置、推动杆位置和推动力、簧片几何尺寸等因素对触点动态接触特性(弹跳、接触力)影响的变化规律,得出了若干有关提高触簧系统动态机械特性的重要结论。研究结论可为电磁继电器机械反力系统参数优化设计提供理论基础。

Abstract:Spring system (including springs and contacts) is the executing parts of electromagnetic relay (EMR), the dynamic contact character of which influences reliability of EMR directly. Basing on dynamics theory of flexible multi-body system, the mathematic model of action process for spring system is built up in this paper. The relative factors which affect dynamic character of contact (bouncing, contact pressure), such as contact position, pusher arm position, pushing pressure and spring size, is analyzed by using software ADAMS. How to improve dynamic mechanical character of spring system is investigated. The conclusions can be used to guide the parameter optimized design of spring system for EMR.
