济钢烧结余热发电生产现状

摘    要:介绍了济钢320m2烧结机余热发电的基本情况和生产现状。通过稳定烧结过程、合理地控制烧结BRP、加强对设备的巡检力度和工序间的联系、强化台车密封处理等措施,解决了蒸汽参数不稳定、烧结机短时间停机、烟气回收系统漏风等问题,济钢320烧结余热发电系统年节能量为2.27万t标煤。

Abstract:This article introduced the general information and production status about sintering waste heat power generation in Jinan Steel's 320 m2 sintering machine.Based on taking some technical measures,such as stabilizing sintering process,controlling sintering ERP in reason,strengthening equipment inspection and the relation of processes and seal of sintering pallets,solved the problem of parameters ever changing,reduced the fault stopping time and decreased air leakage in off-gas recovery system.It made energy consumption decreased by 22700 t standard coal unit every year.
