后排分体式靠背骨架抗行李冲击性能的仿真研究

摘    要:为了提高乘用车后排乘员的安全性、缩短座椅开发周期和节约成本,文章依据国标GB15083,利用HYPERMESH软件和LS—DYNA求解器建立某后排座椅骨架抗撞击试验的有限元模型并进行计算,将仿真结果与试验结果进行对比验证,并进一步利用仿真手段分析了分体式靠背骨架和车身结构对抗撞击性能的影响。

Abstract:In order to improve the security of the rear occupant, shorten the development cycle and save costs of seat, HYPERMESH software was used to establish the finite element model for cargo retention analysis on the basis of GB15083, and the results were output by LS-DYNA and verified by the test. In addition, the influence of the split type back frame and car body structure on the test was studied in this paper.
