| 摘 要： | 针对百色水利枢纽消力池地质条件差和水流条件复杂的特点，概述该消力池的设计，通过材料力学方法和有限元方法对消力池建筑物进行稳定、应力和基础变形计算，并结合基础处理、底板锚固和基础防渗排水设计等，确保消力池设计的安全性。

| Abstract: | In view of the poor geological condition and complicated water flow conditions of the stilling pool of Baise Multipurpose Dam project, a general introduction about the design of stilling pool is made. In order to ensure the safety of stilling pool, careful stability, stress and foundation deformation calculation is made by material mechanic method and finite element method, special foundation treatment, base slab anchoring, foundation anti-seepage and drainage facilities are designed. |
