双曲肘五孔斜排合模机构的设计改进

摘    要:针对某系列注塑机合模机构存在移模运动不顺畅、移模行程不够理想的问题,建立其数学分析模型,并对机构的特性进行分析,找出其存在问题的原因。依据双曲肘五孔斜排合模机构的特点建立优化模型,对比分析优化前后的机构特性。用UG软件建立该机构的三维数字模型,并进行运动仿真以验证优化结果的可靠性,取得较好的结果。

Abstract:In a clamping unit of injection molding machine,it has the problem that clampmg unit cannot move smoothly and its moving distance is short. To solve this problem,we set up a numerical model to analyze the moving of damping unit and its characteristic for searching the reasons. Based on the characteristic of jointdouble five-hinge toggle clamping unit, we established its optimum model ,analyzed its characteristic. For testing and verify the results,we applied the UG software to set up the three-dimensional numerical model of clamping unit and to simulate its moving.
