| 摘 要： | 通过讲述建筑工程造价管理的涵义与原则，分析了当前建设项目施工阶段工程造价失控的原因，就施工阶段造价控制的关键环节进行了研究，最后提出了控制施工阶段工程造价的措施，从而实现项目的效益最大化。

| Abstract: | Through the illustration of the connation and principle of the cost management of architectural project cost management,it analyses the reason why the project cost of architectural program on the construction stage is out of control,makes a research of the key links in the cost control on construction stage and puts forward the measures to control the project cost on the construction stage,so as to realize maximized program profit. |
