新型窃电在线稽查系统的开发应用

针对不法分子损公肥私的窃电行为,结合用电信息采集系统发展现状,提出了一种新型防窃电装置,给出了软硬件设计方案,并从原理、实现方法等方面对其进行了分析和阐述。实例验证,该装置实现了实时在线准确判断用户窃电行为,同时也为电力稽查人员处理窃电嫌疑人提供了有利依据。

Development and application of on- line inspection system for new electricity stealing
