ABB系统组态异常的分析及改进

摘    要:针对金山热电厂的200 MW超高压双抽凝汽供热式机组的DCS控制系统软件组态过程中,更改控制逻辑时出现的运行设备跳机现象,进行了深入分析,查出了造成此现象的真实原因为控制系统中记忆功能块的功能码设置问题,并采取了应对措施,即修改功能块端子设置,确保了组态离线下装不影响风机及其它转机的正常运行。

Abstract:Aiming at the trip of running equipment when the control logic is being altered during the configuration of DCS of 220 MW ultra - high voltage double - extraction condensing and heating unit in Jinshan Thermal Power Plant, this paper analyzes the fault in depth and finds that the reason leading to it is the setting of function code of memory function module in control system, and takes the relevant measurement, which is to modify the terminal set- ting of function module. Therefore, the normal running of fan and other units is guaranteed as configuration is off - line.
