电厂冷却塔防结冰分析

摘    要:针对三河发电厂冷却塔在冬季运行中存在的结冰问题,阐述了自然通风冷却塔传热原理、冷却塔的配水系统和喷溅装置,分析了冷却塔的冬季运行易结冰部位和原因,并研究了防结冰方法。通过对各防结冰方法的分析研究及实际应用验证,得出防内部结冰应增加了1台循环水泵,并保持高流量;防外部结冰应采用折水板可调冰膜防冻法,便可有效防止冷却塔外部结冰,而且效果明显。

Abstract:Aiming at the icing on cooling tower in winter running in Sanhe Power Plant, this paper expounds the heat transmission theory of cooling tower with natural ventilation, and its water supply system and spray device, analyzes the parts easy to icing in winter and the reasons for icing, and studies the method to prevent icing. Through the anal- ysis and application of the prevention methods,it is found that the internal icing can be prevented by increasing a water circulating pump, the flow rate of which should be kept high ; the external icing can be effectively prevented by water separator of which the ice film is adjustable.
