摘    要:为了降低电站锅炉NOX的排放量,阐述了600 MW四角切圆锅炉基本参数以及整个试验测试系统,分析了不同氧量、不同配风方式和不同含氮量对NOX排放和锅炉效率的影响程度。试验结果表明,氧量3.5、缩腰配风和煤质含氮量较高时NOX的排放量较大,氧量较低会产生CO,NOX排放浓度和CO生成量成反比。

Abstract:In order to reduce the discharge amount of NOx for boiler,this paper expounds the basic Parameters and the whole test system of 600 MW tangentially fired boiler, and analyzes the influence of different oxygen content, dif- ferent air distribution and different nitrogen content on NOx discharge and boiler efficiency. Test result proves that the discharge amount of NOx is relatively large when the oxygen content is 3.5, the air distribution method is shrinked - middle wind and the nitrogen content in coal is high ; CO is generated when the oxygen content is low ; the discharge consistency of NOx is inversely proportional to the formation amount of CO.
