摘    要:研究了粉磨时间对多元醇类助磨剂作用效果的影响。引入粉磨边际效率的概念,提出了评价水泥粉磨效果的新方法。试验表明:使用助磨剂存在着最优粉磨时间,利用最优粉磨时间,能显著提高粉磨效率;在偏离最优粉磨时间较大时,助磨剂不能较好发挥作用,尤其是在延长粉磨时间的后期,助磨剂几乎没有作用。

Abstract:The grinding characters of the cement clinker making use of the self-made grinding aid was studied. By introducing the concept of the marginal efficiency, a new method of evaluating cement-grinding effects was presented; Through the comparison experiment, the results show that there exists a best grinding time in the usage of grinding aids. The grinding efficiency can be greatly raised by making use of the best grinding time. On the other hand, grinding aids cannot be brought into full play when the grinding time departs relatively far from the best grinding time. Especially, the grinding aid even has no use at the later period of prolonging grinding time.
