Library Digital Reference Service in Universities

With the rapid development of information technology, network technology and mobile communication technology, university library reference service gradually develops toward digitization, networking and mobilization. According to the characteristics and processes of digital reference library services, this paper proposes the personalized digital reference service mode, the digital interactive digital reference service mode and the reference service mode in cloud environment. Their operation processes are explained, hoping to provide reference for the university library digital reference service.
