环境友好型铝合金无铬化学转化膜的研究进展

摘    要:由于六价铬的剧毒性和可能存在的致癌因素,为了减少有毒废水的排放,保护生态环境,开发实用性强、环境友好型铝合金无铬化学转化膜将是化学转化工艺发展的方向。综述了几类铝合金无铬化学转化膜,包括锆钛类化学转化膜、稀土金属盐类化学转化膜、有机酸类化学转化膜、钴盐类化学转化膜、钼酸盐类化学转化膜、锰酸盐类化学转化膜、云母石类化学转化膜并详细阐述了各类工艺的特点及发展现状。

Abstract:Due to the severe toxicity of Cr6+ and some factors that it may cause cancer,it will be the developing direction for chemical conversion technology to exploit strong practicable and environmental friendly chrome-free chemical conversion film on aluminum alloy in order to reduce emission of toxic water and protect the ecological environment.
