| 摘 要： | 以比色法测定鱼鳞中的羟脯氨酸,具有较好的稳定性和较高的回收率,由氨基酸自动分析仪法验证此方法是可行的。鱼鳞经过脱钙处理,羟脯氨酸的保留率为96.19%,经过第一次提取胶原蛋白后,提取率达到了总胶原蛋白的70%以上,同样的条件下进行第二次提胶,胶原蛋白的提取率较低。

| Abstract: | The hydroxyproline content in the fish scales was determined by spectrophotometer in this study. The method for determination was proved that it has the advantages of good accuracy and stability by HPLC. After decalcium, the retaining rate of hydroxyproline is 96.2%. The extract yield of hydroxyproline from fish scales is more than 70% of the total in the first time. However, under the same condition, the extract yield in the second time is rather low. |
