摘    要:为提高堵漏工艺的可行性与封堵效果,采用DLM-01型堵漏模拟装置对不同堵漏材料进行堵漏试验,可以为堵漏方案的改进与优化提供科学依据。试验结果表明,该装置能模拟孔隙、纵缝、横缝、楔型缝等多种漏失通道,可以对各种堵漏材料进行模拟试验,为井眼堵漏提供了一种有效的评价手段;而且操作简便,直观性好,可以直接观察堵漏材料在纵剖面、横断面上以及沙层内部的组分分布及封堵效果,便于堵漏剂的优选。

Abstract:Accurate prediction of the psessure,particle size and distribution of lost circulation zone were key factors to successful sealing.Only by a full understand to the characteristic of sealing target,can the accordant sealing materials be selected.The flexible particles compound sealing material,the hydration and swelling compound sealing material and the ultra low permeability sealing materials were tested using DLM analog device to determine the feasibility and the sealing effect of this technology,furthermore to be favor of improvement and optimization of the technology.The results indicated that DLM sealing device could simulate the lost circulation channels such as pores,vertical fractures,horizontal fractures,and wedge-shaped fractures and sealing materials could be evaluated.It was a effective evaluation device for sealing technology and materials.It has a convenient operation and a better visual effect on the distribution and the performance of sealing material on the vertical or horizontal profile so that the optimization become easy.
