喷涂聚脲弹性体抗静电改性研究

摘    要:以 MDI、液化 MDI、MDI-50、聚醚多元醇、端胺基聚醚、胺类扩链剂及抗静电剂为原料,研制出一种抗静电喷涂聚脲弹性体.讨论了阳离子型和永久型抗静电剂对喷涂聚脲弹性体各种性能的影响.结果表明,采用永久型液体抗静电剂 E-1019可大大提高聚脲体系的抗静电性能,当其用量达到树脂总质量的3.0%时,聚脲弹性体的表面电阻率可达到3×108Ω,且具有良好的贮存稳定性.

Abstract:Anti-static spray polyurea elastomer was prepared from MDI,liquified MDI,MDI-50,polyether polyol,amine-terminated polyether,polyamine chain-extender and antistatic agent.The influence of permanent antistatic agent and cationic antistatic agent on the properties of spray polyurea elastomer was discussed.The results showed that the anti-static property of spray polyurea elastomer were improved obviously by using permanent anti-static agent E-1019,when the total amount of permanent anti-static agent E-1019 was...
