胎面生产线控制系统改造

摘    要:原双复合胎面生产线故障频繁。为此,将原有速度反馈电位器去掉,消除了部分生产线速度异常因素。同时,对生产线调速杆的原程序相关参数进行调整,提高了速度同步协调能力。将原系统的基准速度改为以接取速度为基准,缩短了调整时间。并将上坡和喷淋间的光电开关控制速度方式改为调速杆控制,修改了PLC程序,有效改善了胎面的堆拉现象。

Abstract:The primary complex compound tread production line broke down frequently. Therefore, removed the primary velocity feedback potentiometer, which had eliminated a part of abnormal factor of production line velocity. At the same time, adjusted the correlation parameter of the production line governor pole for the original procedure, and enhanced the speed synchronization coordinated ability. Instead the datum speed of original system of the receiving speed to reduce the time. And changed the photoelectricity switch control speed way between upgrade and the shower into governor pole controlling, revised the PLC procedure, and effectively improved the phenomenon of the piling and pulling tread.
