摘    要:研究了SiO2颗粒在FGH96高温合金各不同工艺状态中的行为特征,结果表明:经热等静压处理后,SiO2尖角分明的特征消失,在界面处有反应过渡区生成,变成了一种"复合"非金属夹杂物.反应的驱动力为粉末和SiO2颗粒的表面能及在热等静压过程中球形粉末变形产生的应变能.在随后的各工艺状态中,SiO2在形貌、尺寸和元素分布等方面表现出了一定的行为特征.

Abstract:The different processing characteristic of SiO_2 particles in FGH96 superalloy was investigated.The results showed that the edge of SiO_2 particle tends to be smooth,and there was a reaction zone at the interface between SiO_2 particle and the matrix,which made SiO_2 particle become a "compound" non-metallic inclusion.The driving power used for the reaction was surface energy of powders and SiO_2 particles strain energy generated during HIP in powders.In the following processes,SiO_2 particles showed slight difference in characteristic of morphology,size and distribution of elements.
