铅蓄电池中铅泥回收处理技术研究

摘    要:介绍了废铅蓄电池处理现状.分别对目前国内外铅泥的处理技术——火法冶炼工艺、湿法冶炼工艺以及转化为化工产品等工艺进行了研究,并对各种工艺的优缺点进行了分析.研究结果表明:废铅蓄电池的回收处理过程中,铅泥的回收处理技术对环境污染及能耗高低起到重要作用.SO2酸性气体、挥发性铅尘等大气污染问题、铅泥中铅的回收率问题以及能耗问题都是铅泥回收处理技术关注的重点,为企业回收处理铅泥在采用处理方面提供了依据.

Abstract:The processing status quo of waste lead-acid batteries was introduced in this paper. Process of domestic and international lead mud treatment techniques, such as pyrometallurgy, hydrometallurgy converted into chemical products, were analyzed, and the advantages and disad- vantages of each techniques were analyzed ,too. The results showed that, in the recycling process of waste lead-acid battery; the lead mud recycling technique played an important role in the envi- ronmental pollution and energy consumption level. The SO2 acid gases, volatile lead dust and other air pollution problems, the lead recoveries in recovery process and energy issues were fo- cused on in the lead mud recycling techniques, and it provided a reference for the lead mud recy- cling technique.
