摘    要:将不同种类的碳通过工业方法掺杂到铅蓄电池的负极板中,利用IR、XRD、SEM、EDS等分析手段对化成前后负极材料进行了表征.结果表明,不同类型的碳掺杂对化成前后负极板材料的结构和形貌产生较大影响,一般结晶度高、良好的有序结构对放电性能可起到有效的促进作用.

Abstract:Various kinds of carbon were doped into the negative electrodes by using an industrial process, and then IR, XRD, SEM and EDS analysis techniques were used to feature the as-pre- pared samples before and after formation. Results showed that the doped carbon affected the structure and morphologies of the prepared samples significantly, and it indicated that the higher crystallinity and order structure were favorable to the discharging behavior of the lead-acid batter- y assembled by the carbon-doped negative electrodes.
