高职旅游管理专业学生职业能力评价体系的构建

摘    要:职业能力的培养是高职教育的培养目标,如何提高高职院校旅游管理专业学生的职业能力,使学生在毕业后能够适应社会发展需求,构建合理的职业能力指标评价体系成为关键。在对高职旅游管理专业人才培养目标、职业岗位分析、学生职业能力评价现状、存在问题等的分析基础上,构建了职业品质、专业能力和关键能力3个一级指标、8个二级指标、32个三级指标和43个四级指标的职业能力评价体系,提出了评价体系构建的原则及实施过程中的注意事项。

Abstract:To foster student's vocational ability fessional ability evaluation system is the key to order to meet social development demand after is the goal of higher vocational education. Developing pro- improving ability of tourism management major students in graduation. Based on analysis about their training objec- tive, job analysis, capability evaluation, existing problems and so on, vocational ability, evaluation sys- tem of Vocational quality, professional competence and key competency with 3 first-level index, 8 sec- ond-level index, 32 third-level index and 43 fourt-level index were Constructed. Some principles and an- nouncements in evaluation system are put forward in this paper.
